BY Group was engaged to deliver 130 linear metres of Auckland Council-compliant road infrastructure as part of the HV2 Data Centre development in Hobsonville, Auckland.
The team delivered the full road construction scope within a highly constrained environment, coordinating closely with multiple contractors operating concurrently across the HV2 site. This required careful planning, staging and interface management to ensure safe and efficient delivery without disruption to adjacent works.
During project close-out, BY Group led engagement with Auckland Council through pre-final inspections. To support the Client’s delivery objectives, BY Group adopted a proactive approach to works delivery. This approach enabled successful Auckland Council vesting and handover of the road as a public asset.
