BY Group was engaged by the Client to deliver early civil works for the AKL03 Data Centre Campus in Auckland.
The works included bulk earthworks, ground improvement and construction of enabling infrastructure to achieve design levels and prepare the site for future construction. All works were carried out in line with the Client’s safety and compliance requirements. Delivery was staged across multiple work areas to support ongoing construction and maintain programme. Sectional handovers were completed in line with key milestones, allowing follow-on trades to progress.
Works were completed ahead of programme, supported by coordinated planning and delivery. Site management, logistics and subcontractor coordination were maintained across all work fronts to ensure consistent progress.
