BY Group delivered the construction of a new purpose-built Health Clinic within the Wellbeing Precinct at HMAS Creswell, Jervis Bay. Designed to support a base population of up to 500 personnel, the facility provides a modern healthcare environment and an appropriate level of care for Defence personnel.
The completed single-storey facility includes:

On-grade car parking, including accessible parking

Supporting infrastructure works, including sewer, potable water, electricity, fire services and LPG connections, as well as associated driveway and fire protection works.
Key Considerations:
Located within HMAS Creswell in Jervis Bay, a site listed on the Commonwealth Heritage List, the project required a careful and sensitive approach to construction activities and the surrounding environment.
