Scope:
This new purpose-built Health Clinic is being integrated in the Wellbeing Precinct at HMAS Creswell, and is designed to suit the dependency of 500 persons.
The Health Clinic will be housed in a single building and comprise one (1) floor, providing an appropriate level and standard of care for personnel on base, including;
- The following areas within the health clinic:
- Front of house
- Administration
- Primary Care
- Physiotherapy
- Pharmacy
- Dental
- Mental Health
- Support services
- Two ambulance bays
- On grade car parking – 5 x car spaces including 1 x disabled
- Infrastructure Enabling Works
- Sewer, Potable Water, Electricity, Fire Services & LPG
- Driveway / roadway, fire separation and fire suppression
Key Considerations:
Due to the fact that HMAS Creswell is located in Jervis Bay and listed on the Commonwealth Heritage List (CHL), our approach to this project requires a careful and sensitive approach to the work and surrounding areas.
