Working alongside JLL's project management team, BY Group successfully delivered campus entry upgrades across three TAFE campuses in Wollongong, Wagga Wagga and Northern Beaches.

- Canteen Area Upgrade
- New Flooring
- New Services
- Painting Works
TAFE Northern Beaches
- New Flooring
- New Bi Fold Doors
- New Kitchenette
- Partition Works / Acoustic Panels Works
Key Considerations:
BY Group delivered 2 out of 3 campuses ahead of the contract completion date, and met TAFE Budget Standards as part of the Government Budget Rollout.
