BY Group delivered the piling package under a highly compressed programme, installing over 1,500 piles within 30 business days.
Achieving this rate required significant resourcing and coordination. Nine piling rigs were mobilised across the building pads, supported by 12 crawler cranes and 12 concrete pumps, with the site receiving up to 300 concrete deliveries per day at peak production.
Detailed sequencing, traffic management and supply chain coordination kept every rig productive and maintained continuous concrete supply, allowing the works to be completed within the compressed programme without compromising quality or safety.
