BY Group delivered a package of excavation and FRP structural works, including detailed excavation, blinding slabs, and construction of FRP slabs and 12m high columns.
Following site establishment, the programme was heavily accelerated to meet fixed deadlines. In response, BY Group increased its workforce by 1.7 times andcompleted the works ahead of the revised schedule. The project was delivered in a live, tight environment, requiring close coordination with multiple stakeholders and concurrent trades across adjacent work fronts. The team managed limited access, crane andEWPoperations, work at heights up to 12m, night shifts, and early use of FRP systems and proprietary formwork.
